All purchases made through our store are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review all product details, sizing or specifications, quantities, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, work with you to provide a reasonable resolution. 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
